We’ll Assist has their arms wrapped around you every step of the way right up to bringing you back to the airport when it is time to return home. Everyone from the COO, to the doctors, the nurses, and the staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring and speaks both English and Spanish. The after care, which is something not offered in the US, was amazing. Twice a day, a highly skilled and compassionate nurse came to my room to check my incisions, make sure everything looked good, re-apply clean bandages, and help me access the shower, etc. I could not have made it through the post-operative phase without this assistance. We’ll Assist also specializes in many different medical services. This turned out to be a very good thing. My husband accompanied me on this journey. We did not plan for him to fall very ill after we arrived. Fortunately, We’ll Assist was able to jump into an unplanned situation, take him for diagnostics, and perform emergency gallbladder removal surgery on him!!! Again, I don’t know what I would have done if I had made any other decision that was not We’ll Assist. I was in no condition to help my husband, but We’ll Assist took care of everything. When I finally decided to do something to make myself feel good, I looked into getting a breast lift here in the US. Insurance wouldn't cover the procedure and the cost was exorbitant for me. Services offered appeared to be comparable to an urgent care facility. Something in between a regular doctor office and hospital. I actually had my tummy tuck 360 first in April 2025, and my second surgery Breasts, Arms and legs Oct 2025. So I used their services two times, which included 13 days of all inclusive Hotel, all transportation needed, after care. The after care was the most important thing to me after surgery. Every day a nurse came to help me take a shower to clean stitches and change dressing. Also a Dr. Came a few times to check on me. In the states and many other companies give you no after, your on your own. I was very happy with the results, having so many bad areas that needed to be removed. Carol Álvarez and the team at We'll Assist are excellent, reasonably priced, compassionate, practical, flexible healthcare providers who truly are available day and night, on site or in their clinic. A few times over my family's years living here, Dra. Carol has sent a doctor in the middle of the night even, once when both my wife and I were so ill and dehydrated from severe stomach flu that we needed IV treatment. They were swift and professional and the results were immediate and the price exponentially lower than anything similar would cost in the USA (if even available). The range of services Dra. Carol provides is amazing, too. She's trained as an orthopedist so treats me for a chronic thumb joint condition! Cannot say enough to commend Dra.
